This time we got to spend nine days in the lively Bellas Artes neighborhood in the center of the city.<\/p>\n<p>We were surrounded by caf\u00e9s, shops, bars, restaurants, fruit markets and everything else we needed to enjoy this sunny city at the foot of the Andes.<\/p>\n<p>Our new favorite wine bar is Bocan\u00e1riz in Barrio Lastarria. 327 Chilean wines and fantastic food.
