We made it over a few times to check out the swank malls and narrow streets of the area. We really got a feel for just how busy the city can be, as parts of it make New York&#8217;s Times Square seem relaxed by comparison.<\/p>\n<p>We also visited Kowloon at night to see the lights of Hong Kong island after dark. They even have a synchronized light show, where the neon of some of the taller buildings changes along with music, but that show was a little underwhelming.
