A sight to behold, the classic Baroque city is full of friendly people and stunning architecture. It&#8217;s also very inexpensive. We like that part. We just hope they&#8217;re able to recover quickly from the heavy rains and flooding. It would be a shame that so much that survived WWII would fall victim to mother nature.
