We started in chilly Iceland, arriving in the main city Reykjavik early in the morning after an overnight flight from Seattle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A city of 250,000 in a country of only 390,000, the compact capital is widely recognized for its culinary scene and high prices.
