After we got a nice nights sleep following our 58-hour trip, we spent a week touring New Zealand’s largest city. In addition to our tour of Waiheke Island, we also the visited well-known sites of Devonport, One Tree Hill, and the Auckland War Memorial museum.

All in all we found Auckland to be the perfect combination of big city bustle and small town quiet.
