When we weren’t walking around Munich itself, we spent time touring Bavaria.

One morning four of us (minus Kim) took the train to the nearby town of Dachau to tour the concentration camp memorial.

On a different day we rented a car and toured two of the palaces commissioned by Bavarian King Ludwig II.
