For my 50th birthday weekend Kim and I flew south to Santa Barbara. It was a cool and rainy weekend, but we found plenty of things to see and do in the cafes, restaurants, and bars of the small downtown.
In addition to touring the city itself, we got out into the nearby wine country and did a little wine tasting. We also passed by a number of locations used in the 2004 movie Sideways.

so beautiful are the photos you took esp of the Mural Room etc. I have not been to Santa Barbara yet…do you think it is named after St Barbara? a nice place to visit for a birthday or anniversary. thanks for sharing the photos.
