For our 23rd anniversary, and our second during the pandemic, Kim and I decided to travel east to the recreation area of Lake Chelan. Popular in the summertime for what you can do on the lake, our trip at the start of Spring was too cold for watersports, but we did do a few good hikes. We even drove halfway across the state to see Grand Coulee Dam, but we could only admire it from afar since the visitor’s center is still closed.
