Each year the Arthritis Foundation sponsors 5K runs around the country to raise money for their annual budget. The Seattle one is attended by over 12,000, many of whom show up in costume. This was Kim's 3rd run, my second, and our in-laws' first. Each year we get a few more to join us. Let us know if you'd like to participate in 2010.
