Our hotel was located on the shore of the massive Bay of Kotor, named for a town at one of its eastern reaches. We drove over to Kotor one morning with a plan to continue sightseeing, but the weather had other plans. No matter, we still enjoyed our short trip and spent the afternoon reading, safe from the lightning and thunder outside.
